Why would a monk named Joshua Eleesha say he teaches students and then add on that he is known among close confederates as Metal Man i.e. when he answers the phone, they say "Is this Metal Man?" This is truly true! By the way, they also say a lot of other things when I answer the phone....
Its true I am a monk. I enable and strengthen those who must kill and destroy. I love the role. I also feel peeved when I am told that the world would be a better place without any monks. In my noobiest of my noob days, I was patient with those who would deride my role. Now I just stop healing and protecting them and watch them die.
Actually, I have only given into that mood once. (Boy did they deserve it!) However, it felt so good maybe I'll try it again sometime. No , No. no! Where did all this vindictiveness come from? It must be yesterday's necro spell still wearing off.

I'm glad you're around to do the monking......because I am loousy at it! Have given it a shot a COUPLE of times....but i'm just too slow.....
All silliness aside.....You won't find me yelling at monks.....they have a hard job!

Thanks, Anarae, Beryl (all of you), and Queen,
Whenever you want to say something nice about monks, feel free!!!! I admire a job well done by any profession. This even includes all warriors, who believe that they are winning the mission singlehandedly. I empower them just the same. Looking down from their lofty pinnacle, I would get quite dizzy and I would be worried that I would fall. I love the game because it encourages interconnected roles in order to succeed.
I like monking because I'm "using" my team's skills to destroy the enemy. The team uses my healing, protection...etc to rip into the enemy. In the industry I used to be part of they called it synergy. The total working force of the parts is greater than the sum of the individual parts taken separately.
Wow all this philosophising wears a person out, I should go see if that smoke coming from the kitchen is my dinner.
